Appointment and Insurance Verification

   

For clients utilizing their insurance, be mindful that to facilitate payment your insurance may require some of your personal information be provided. This may include session dates, your diagnosis, and other information to justify the need for therapy. 

​

**Please contact your insurance company to verify in-network coverage, co-payments, and deductibles before the first session. All client sessions that are missed or canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a fee of $100.**

 

 For self-pay clients, payment is due at the time of service using a credit/debit card.
